Cost of Stay
Rates:
5 nights cruise
Single Occupancy Central Sea Terrace Cabin: $2436
Double Occupancy: $1371 per person for a total of $2742 (you must know your roommate at the time of booking)
Cancelation and Refund Policies:
The conference fee is non-refundable.
By July 10, 2025: 80% of room cost
Between July 10 & August 8, 2025, 40% of room cost
After August 8: no refunds
*Names may be changed up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to sailing with no penalty or change fee
What is included:
Your cabin, all dining, including specialty dining, basic beverages, including water, drip coffee, soft drinks, entertainment, wellness classes, basic Wi-Fi, and staff appreciation. It will not cover air transportation, pre- or post-night hotels in Miami, transportation to/from the Port, or travel insurance.
Air into and out of Miami (MIA) is solely your responsibility.
Any non-included items or activities you book before or at the resort will be charged to the card you provide on the Virgin Voyages app.
Please note the cancellation policy of anything you book and how to make cancellations. This is entirely your responsibility as a guest.
Cabins booked at any time forward will be on an availability basis and at current pricing. We can’t guarantee cabins will be available, so please reserve ASAP.
While on board the ship, purchases or services not included in the cabin rate will be your sole responsibility and must be paid with a credit card on your onboard account.
Full payment is due at registration.
How To Book Your Trip
You must book your trip through the Matchmakers Alliance conference registration page to be considered as part of the group.
After you pay your conference registration, you will be redirected to our cruise coordinator, Michele Schwartz, who will help you select your cabin.
She will also ask if you need travel insurance, if you would like any hotel stay before or after the cruise, and if you would like transportation to and from the port of Miami.
